Happy Clown Kindergarten service philosophy has been developed in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) in collaboration with our educators/staff and families.

At Happy Clown, we believe and commit ourselves in providing a high-quality service and level of care, which meets the needs of children and families in a caring, secure and friendly environment.

We strongly believe that children learn through fun play experiences where their interests and skills will be enhanced and appropriately develop.

Working with our educators, families and communities in enriching our children, we at Happy Clown continually develop and offer a sustainable, well balance, safe, secure and enjoyable learning environment, which reflects a diverse, non-bias and culturally valued and balanced curriculum.

  • For Children

We believe children are unique with their own strengths, needs and interest. We value, respect and appreciate this uniqueness. We feel children have a right to be active participants in their own learning and must be empowered to express their views and ideas. A child’s opinion must be valued and their individual needs be respected. Our purpose is to support their learning journey and to foster a love of learning that will guide them through life.  We as educators will protect and cherish their innocence and thus provide a happy, safe secure environment.  We aim to appropriately develop happy, healthy children immersed in learning thus help create a confident, involved contributor to their world.

  • For Family

We acknowledge that family is the most important and influential aspect in the lives of young children and the significance of their relationships cannot be underestimated. We aim to ensure that we involve parents and families into all aspect of our programming development and implementation.  We strive to develop a friendly, positive, mutually respectful relationships with each family member, as we work in partnership with each family member, as we work in partnership to achieve the best possible outcomes for all.  We believe that working in partnership with families is central to ensuring continuity and progression in their child’s learning development and future success.

  • For Community

We strive to be a service of excellence within our community, a service which values community involvement in all aspects of our program.  A service where community resources are utilised effectively, to enhance the growth and development of individual children, families, and Educator/Staff.
